The “Blair’s Upholstery” building was the last remaining building on this section of N.W. 16th to be renovated with a retail focus. The renovations included dividing the building into a 1,500 s.f. space and a 3,000 s.f. space to allow for two new exiting tenants, Roxy’s Ice Cream Social and Oak ‘n Oar. Both have added to the diversity and energy of the Plaza District.
